ORDERING INFORMATION






I. ORDERING

Once you've found something you like and wish to make a purchase:
1) Leave a comment on the particular entry.
2) Your comment should include the item number, e-mail address and name.
3) We will send you an email confirmation within 3 working days. Payment is to be made within 48 hours after the confirmation is being sent out.









II. PAYMENT DETAILS


1. Payment can be made via ibanking or ATM transfers to Sororite's POSB/DBS account
For ibanking, you only need to provide us with your ibanking nick and transaction number, and for ATM transfers, you will need to send us a photo of your receipt.
2. We go by a First-Come-First-Serve policy. This means that even if you have received an invoice from us, the person who makes payment first will get the last piece of the item.
3. We have a 48-hour payment policy. Please make your payment within 48 hours from the time we have sent you the invoice.
4. Dead buyers who go missing after placing their orders will be blacklisted. We appreciate it if you let us know that you have decided to back out of your order ASAP!




III. POSTAGE


1.  Regular postage at $0.50 per item!
2. Please add an additional $2.50 if you wish to upgrade to registered postage. This is a one-off charge to the total amount, and will not increase even if you were to get one, two, or three items.
3. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail if you opt for regular postage instead of registered postage.




IV. TERMS + CONDITIONS


1. We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2. We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.
3. Prices are non negotiable
4. We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange.
